Up and down the country, our generous supporters are raising money to help us support the children and families affected by this devastating disease.

From sponsored walks, hikes and runs to coffee mornings, fancy dress and virtual book clubs, people are giving their time and energies to make a real difference.

You might fancy getting active for a half or full marathon or gathering friends and family for a karaoke or film night.

You could host a themed event like a Halloween party or do an online “pub quiz”.

And there’s no better time to face something you’d never thought you’d be able to. From the white-knuckle thrills of a skydive, abseil or open water swim, to shaving your head or an all-day team “Zumbathon”.
